This hotel is truly luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, everything is top-notch. the Spa & wellness center provides a great escape to relax and rejuvenate. I loved the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the spa lounge and steam room are so blissful, and the Turkish bath experience was amazing.
The only minor issue I had was with the breakfast. Though it was a buffet breakfast with ample choices, the quality of the food was not up to the mark.

We enjoyed the comfort of the room and the excellent service provided by the staff. The rooms were clean and modern, creating a nice and calm atmosphere for our romantic escape. the hotel's key location made it convenient for us to visit nearby shopping malls and attractions.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear all the voices and movements of guests from adjacent rooms, which affected our quality of sleep.

The hotel had clean rooms, a new and nice appearance, and was located on a business street. The breakfast was good and there were many shopping areas and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also had a spa, health club, swimming pool, and 24-hour room service.

The staff were excellent and always willing to help. One time, we accidentally left our phone charger in the room when we checked out. We called the hotel and they found it for us, and even shipped it to us for free. Great service! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near subway and dining options. Rooms clean and spacious, staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. Late checkout option was much appreciated. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time staying near the Cevahir Mall and exploring the area that was close to the places of interest. The hotel was located at a convenient distance from the metro station, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean with a hygienic bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilled our needs while the room had some great facilities to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.
The staff could have been more helpful with the billing process.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, transportation, location, and staff. The rooms were super clean, and the Gayrettepe metro station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around this city. We also appreciated being close to the Astoria shopping center. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the lady named Hazal who spoke excellent English.

The cleanliness and modern facilities were really good. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes. I had an issue with my card during check-in, but the friendly and efficient staff handled it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this hotel.
